Devin A. Donohue
Mr. Donohue’s practice emphasizes general business litigation, securities litigation, employment litigation, consumer financial services litigation and corporate transactions.
Mr. Donohue has substantial experience litigating cases involving complex contractual issues, securities, consumer finance (including banking, credit card and mortgage litigation), employment and employment raiding/recruiting matters.
Mr. Donohue’s transactional practice centers on mergers and acquisitions transactions for privately-held companies, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, negotiating executive compensation agreements and counseling for employers handling employment issues. Mr. Donohue provides general counsel services to his corporate clients.
Mr. Donohue is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A.) and the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Donohue was Student Bar Association President and an editor of McGeorge’s Transnational Lawyer. Mr. Donohue is currently a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the ABA Litigation and Business Law Sections. Mr. Donohue has been awarded the annual Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Star Award from 2005-2008, and he is currently a fellow in the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership LA Program.
